Vladimir Chebakov
I was born in a small town on the border of the Urals and Siberia, Russia. I am based in Prague since 2011. I'm an amateur selftaught artist, I have no formal art education, but I always liked to draw. And when I first saw the cover of the album Iron Maiden "Killers", I realized what I was going to paint. I was 8 years old kid.
Since then, I find inspiration in the works of the masters of Gothic, Renaissance, contemporary artists, one way or another affect the dark side of art. Most often, I work with a digital tablet and not so long ago began to try their hand at painting with acrylics and pencil drawings.
For over twenty years I have been designing music albums for bands playing in various styles of heavy metal.
I like to surprise the viewer and a little frightening and I think that the dark and occult side of art is beautiful and worthy of the Incarnation on the canvas or monitors.
