Varvara Skibina was born in Moscow in 1989. She has lived in Prague since 2012. Her abstract work reflects the fascination with surfaces and textures, one can also find here elements of botanical illustration and Eastern calligraphy. At the same time, Varvara participates in a large number of artistic activities in the Czech Republic — exhibitions, commissions, creation and management of the art podcast Varrika Art Talk. Varvara also designs the visuals for music albums (CD / Vinyl booklets) and sings.
